We have excellent rates that are competitive with other agencies. We also offer discounts to landlords with multiple properties.

As a Students’ Union, we feel we know students and the student market better than others. We also carry out research into the student lettings market every year.

We provide a focused management service which aims to prevent problems before they arise thanks to our close relationship with students and the support services provided by the Students’ Union.

Our experienced staff provide excellent customer service and are always available for advice if needed.

We have a range of services available and can tailor our services to suit your needs.

Our profits are reinvested in services for students so we work harder to make sure you and your tenants are happy.

Our range of services includes:

Full Management

  • We will advise you by visiting your property and making recommendations on rent levels and any maintenance or renewals as may be required.
  • We will market your property through our unique access to the University as well as using standard methods.
  • We will select the tenants and negotiate any terms needed for the tenancy.
  • We will carry out a previous landlord reference (if applicable).
  • We will prepare the tenancy agreement with any extra clauses required to suit you as a landlord.
  • We will carry out a detailed inventory/schedule of condition before the tenants move in to the property.
  • We will collect the deposit and register it with the DPS.
  • We will prepare the standing orders for the future rental payments.
  • We will inform the utility companies when tenants are due to move in.
  • We will collect the rent from the tenants and pay you monthly directly to your bank account.
  • We will visit the property regularly to check that there are no issues.
  • We will deal with rent arrears and keep you updated.
  • We will arrange all maintenance repairs at the property or any work that you would like carried out to improve the property.
  • We will oversee the end of the tenancy arrangements.
  • We will carry out a final checkout.
  • We will deal with any deposit disputes at the end of the tenancy.
  • You can be involved as much or as little as you want to be. We are happy to deal with everything above or if you prefer we do less. We can even use your tradespeople, provided they are happy to work within our systems.
