With our unique location within the Student’s Union, we have unrivalled access to 23,000 students and a unique opportunity to market our Lettings properties.

We have excellent rates that are competitive with other agencies. We also offer discounts to landlords with multiple properties.

As a Students’ Union, we feel we know students and the student market better than others do and we carry out extensive research into the student lettings market every year.

We provide a focused management service which aims to prevent problems before they arise thanks to our close relationship with students and the support services provided by the Students’ Union.

Our experienced staff provide excellent customer service and are always available for advice if needed.

We offer a range of available services and can tailor our services to suit your needs. Any profits made are reinvested in services for students so we work harder to make sure you and your tenants are happy.

Our range of services includes:

Let Only

  • We will advise you by visiting your property and make recommendations on realistic rent values
  • We will market your property through our unique access to the University as well as using standard methods, such as on our own website, adverts in our lettings window and Facebook
  • We will select the tenants and negotiate any terms needed for the tenancy
  • We will carry out a credit check on the students and also a credit check on their guarantors, who will also sign a separate document stating that they agree to our terms
  • We will prepare the tenancy agreement with any extra clauses required to suit you as a landlord
  • We will prepare the standing orders for the future rental payments
  • We will collect the deposit and transfer this to you
  • We will collect the first month’s rent 6 weeks before the start of the tenancy and transfer this to you (minus our fees)
  • We will provide the students with a ‘move in pack’ which will consist of landlord details and legal documents

Let only service cost 2 weeks rent + VAT

Rent Collection Service

  • Same as above but to include monthly rent collection of which will be transferred to the landlord

Rent collection service cost: 8% of the monthly rent + VAT

We also offer a Room Only Service at a cost of £100 + VAT
